During her pupillage, Doris was exposed to the corporate and conveyancing department where she focused on legal research and assisted in the preparation of legal documents. She further developed her expertise in conveyancing matters when she commenced her legal practice as a legal assistant at a firm in Desa Parkcity where she handled mainly sub-sale cases involving a broad range of sale and purchase transactions and property financing.

Chi Ern was trained and exposed to a wide range of general litigation matters during her chambering period with the firm. Ian joined Messrs. Aaron KC Ng & Partners as an associate following his admission to the Bar. He continues to develop his skills in the areas of general litigation and dispute resolution, including contractual disputes, tortious claims, wills, probate and administration of estates, bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings, employment law, sports law, esports law, and defamation. In addition, Ian is also involved in corporate drafting and advisory work.

Kar Men was trained to handle various litigation matters including commercial/corporate litigation, estate administration, strata management disputes, family law, medical and personal injury claims since pupillage. Kar Men was involved in advising on Joint Management Bodies, parcel proprietors and developer on potential disputes and civil claim. Kar Men was also involved in drafting and publishing legal knowledge articles and provided several online talks to the public.
She later joined Messrs. Aaron KC Ng & Partners as an associate where she continues her practice areas in litigation such as debt recovery, commercial/corporate litigation and estate administration.

Yuan Yi was well-trained to handle a broad range of works in the areas of conveyancing transactions such as sale and purchase of properties (project-sales and sub-sales) & property financing (both conventional and Islamic) during his pupillage. He was also involved in civil litigation matters, mainly in drafting joint petitions of divorce and conducting legal researches on various areas of law.
He later joined Messrs. Aaron KC Ng & Partners as an associate where he continues to explore and enhance his legal knowledges in the areas of conveyancing. He has wide knowledge and specializes in low-cost properties, auction properties and conveyancing process. Yuan Yi is also conversant in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and some basic French.

Iris gained initial experience in property conveyancing and general litigation during her chambering with Messrs. Aaron KC Ng & Partners.
At Messrs. Aaron KC Ng & Partners, Iris has also taken the initiative to expand her skills in conveyancing practices by handling sale and purchase transactions (both sub-sale and project sales) and preparing loan documentation for both conventional and Islamic financing.

Francesca has been involved in dispute resolution since her call to the Bar and has been practising in prominent litigation firms. Francesca has over the years developed an interest in civil, corporate and commercial litigation. Francesca, nevertheless still maintains a practice in other areas of law which still piques her interest mainly industrial and employment disputes, banking litigation, land disputes and tax litigation. Su Ti heads the Firm’s Corporate and Conveyancing Department and specializes in corporate matters and property conveyancing wherein she possesses extensive experience in handling development projects and sub-sale transactions. Aaron specializes in general civil litigation (conducted full trials at the Sessions Court and High Court & handled appeals at the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court) and has extensive experience in banking litigation, as well as execution and enforcement proceedings. In addition to the above, he also provides advisory services to developers on construction, conveyancing, and related legal matters; offers legal services and advisory support in land acquisition matters throughout Malaysia; conducts legal due diligence exercises and advises on takeovers and company acquisition exercises.

YC specializes in conveyancing and real estate matters. He has handled sale and purchase agreements for various types of properties, including financing and refinancing transactions (both conventional and Islamic) for local and international financial institutions. He also drafts and customizes a wide range of corporate and non-corporate agreements. Prior to his current conveyancing practice, YC was engaged in banking litigation (loan recovery) for six years. As such, he is well-versed and skilled in civil and foreclosure actions, auctions, bankruptcy proceedings, and all related laws and procedures concerning loan recovery. In addition, YC provides legal advice and services on personal estate matters, including will drafting, probate, and letters of administration.
